It’s Christmas on Aquitania in 1921, and Father Christmas (aka Santa Claus) visits “The Ship Beautiful” with gifts and a panto.
The officers and crew seem to be enjoying this innocent and heartfelt moment almost as much as the children. There was something unique and honest about those wonderful old ocean liners that today’s cruise ships, despite all of their tech and glitz, will never be able to match.
Merry Christmas, everyone!
Please help keep Ocean Liners Magazine afloat. Any amount will be greatly appreciated.
