With United States’ future now appearing considerably brighter, this is a good time to look back to 1966 when life onboard America’s greatest superliner was the subject of a cartoon series.
Why were these cartoons created? That’s a bit of a mystery. Perhaps they appeared in a shipboard publication, or maybe they were distributed to local newspapers to publicize the liner or they might have appeared in an industry trade publication.
