The SS United States Conservancy and the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, have announced a partnership with author/illustrator David Macaulay for an exhibition scheduled to begin in fall 2017. Macaulay is a British-born American illustrator and writer whose most famous works include “Cathedral,” “The Way Things Work” and “The New Way Things Work.” No further details have been released.

The interviews took place in Macaulay’s studio and on board the United States, where he dives into the ship’s magnificent history and recounts his personal connection with the ocean liner.
