Built in 1965 by Mathias-Thesen Werft, East Germany, for the Soviet Union’s Baltic Shipping Company, Aleksandr Pushkin now sails as Marco Polo. Like Vistafjord, she is a classically-styled small ocean liner. After several recent mishaps and changes of ownership, her fate now appears uncertian.
